ABVM Youth Ministry (YM) : Mission Statement In a partnership with parents, the Assumption Youth Ministry Team of Decatur exists to engage its teens to live as Christ expects and to send them out as disciples to serve the needs of our community and share our faith. |

Youth Ministry is a time to have fun playing games, getting to know each other and diving into discussions about our Catholic faith. Youth Ministry helps our teens know the reasons why we believe the things we do, why being Catholic is different than any other form of Christianity and why it is the best answer to the problems facing people today. It is fun and engaging! We need adult volunteers (18+) to join our team to fuel the faith of our teens and share our experiences to prepare the next generation for their future. It’s going to be theirs!! El Ministerio de la Juventud es un momento para divertirse jugando, conocerse y sumergirse en discusiones sobre nuestra fe Católica. El Ministerio Juvenil ayuda a nuestros jóvenes a conocer las razones por las que creemos en las cosas que hacemos, por qué ser Católico es diferente a cualquier otra forma de Cristianismo y por qué es la mejor respuesta a los problemas que enfrentan las personas hoy en día. ¡Es divertido y atractivo! Necesitamos voluntarios (18+) para unirnos a nuestro equipo para alimentar la fe de nuestros jóvenes y compartir nuestras experiencias para preparar a la próxima generación para su futuro. ¡¡Será de ellos !! |
